Announcement on the Transition to English-Only Publication of Medicine, Health and Clinical Practice
Dear Authors, Reviewers, and Readers,
To further enhance international academic communication and improve the global dissemination of research outcomes, the Editorial Office of Medicine, Health and Clinical Practice has decided to transition the journal to an English-only publication model in accordance with the journal’s development strategy and international publishing objectives.
Starting from Volume 1, Issue 3 (2026), Medicine, Health and Clinical Practice will officially become a fully English-language monthly journal.
The details of this transition are as follows:
1. Transition to English-Only Publication
Beginning with Volume 1, Issue 3 (2026), all articles published in the journal will be presented entirely in English, including the main text, abstract, keywords, and relevant publication information.
This transition is intended to strengthen the journal’s international accessibility, facilitate broader academic communication, and promote the global dissemination of high-quality research achievements.
2. Continued Use of the English Journal Title
The English title of the journal will remain:
Medicine, Health and Clinical Practice
The English title will serve as the primary title for the journal’s international publication, academic communication, digital publishing, and indexing-related activities.
3. Transition in the Use of the Chinese Title
Starting from Volume 1, Issue 3 (2026), the Chinese title:
《医学健康与临床实践》
will no longer be used as the primary publication title of the journal.
The Editorial Office will retain the right to use the Chinese title for future academic communication, brand development, and related activities. The future application of the Chinese title will be evaluated according to the journal’s development strategy, publishing requirements, and academic communication needs.
4. Continuity of Published Records
This transition will not affect the validity of previously published articles or their academic records. All existing articles, DOI information, and related metadata will continue to be maintained according to the original publication records.
The Editorial Office will continue to improve the journal’s international publishing standards, peer-review procedures, digital publishing capabilities, and academic communication services, providing authors, reviewers, and readers with a professional platform for scholarly exchange.
